Plain-language summary

  • You cannot scrape the site to train a model without prior written consent.
  • You cannot impersonate iElect or use our marks in a way that suggests endorsement.
  • We publish in good faith; if we get a fact wrong, we will correct it visibly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Where a user resides in the EU, applicable EU consumer-protection provisions prevail to the extent required.
