For citizens & observers
Verify the count. From wherever you are.
Photograph result sheets as they are posted at your polling unit. Watch the Votes extracts the tally, cross-verifies across citizens, and flags any discrepancy against the official result.

The problems we built for.
You cannot trust what you cannot see
Official tallies are slow, and the gap is where suspicion grows.
Observation is expensive
Traditional observation needs networks, travel, and trained staff.
Paper results vanish
A photo is a receipt; an uphotographed sheet is deniable.
Bad data wins if you are silent
Misinformation fills the gap between the vote and the result.

How it works together
Download Watch the Votes. Photograph your polling unit’s EC8A sheet as it is posted. The app extracts the tally with OpenAI Vision, you confirm, and your upload is cross-verified against others at the same polling unit. If the official result diverges from the citizen consensus, you will see the difference first.
"For the first time I could hold the result sheet from my ward in one hand and the national tally in the other. They matched. That is the whole point."
